Rajasthan Common Eligibility Test (CET) for 12th-level posts is being conducted by the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) from October 22 to 24, 2024. This exam is held in two shifts each day to shortlist candidates for various positions such as Forest Ranger, Hostel Superintendent, Clerk Grade II, Junior Assistant, etc. Candidates must strictly follow the exam day guidelines, shift timings, and marking scheme to ensure a smooth experience.

• Arrival Time: Candidates must reach the exam center at least two hours before the exam starts, as there will be security checks and seating arrangements. The gates will close one hour before the exam begins, so arriving late will result in disqualification.
• Dress Code: Candidates are allowed to wear full-sleeve shirts or T-shirts this year. However, jeans are banned due to the metal components in the fabric, which can pose security risks. Male candidates are advised to wear trousers with half or full-sleeve shirts, and female candidates should wear salwar suits or sarees. Footwear should be limited to slippers or sandals, and simple hair ties are allowed. No jewelry, including earrings, rings, and bracelets, is permitted.
• Documents Required: Along with the e-admit card, candidates must bring a recent passport-sized photograph and an original photo ID such as an Aadhaar card.
• Prohibited Items: Watches, shoes, belts, handbags, and any clothing containing metal are strictly prohibited. Candidates are advised to leave such items at home to avoid issues at the entry gate.
• Free Travel: Candidates are allowed to travel for free on Rajasthan Roadways buses by showing their admit card and Aadhaar card. This offer is available for two days before and two days after the exam.
• Exam Format: The exam will have multiple-choice questions with five options for each question (A, B, C, D, E). If a candidate does not want to attempt a question, they should select option E. Incorrect answers will carry a penalty of one-third of the marks.
• Disqualification Policy: Candidates who leave more than 10% of the questions unanswered or do not select any option will be disqualified from the exam.
