RSSB has officially released the final exam schedule for the Librarian Grade III exam in 2025. The written test will be conducted in two separate shifts. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on 27 July 2025 in two shifts. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility rules.

RSSB Librarian Grade III Exam 2025 Overview

The Librarian Grade III recruitment is being carried out under Advertisement No. 18/2024. The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has taken this initiative to fill a total of 548 librarian posts. Among these, 483 are reserved for non-scheduled areas, and 65 for scheduled areas. The online application process has already concluded. However, a final chance was given to ineligible candidates from 26 to 28 June 2025 to withdraw their applications if they lacked the required educational documents. The exam will be conducted in two shifts on a single day on 27 July 2025. Admit cards will be released soon on the official RSSB website. 

RSSB Librarian Grade III 2025 Exam Schedule

RSSB has confirmed the written exam will take place on Sunday, 27 July 2025. Two shifts: Morning shift will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the evening shift will be from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 

Important Instructions for Exam from RSSB 

• Candidates must download the Provisional e-Admit Card from the official website once available. No individual admit card will be sent via post.
• Candidates must ensure they arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the shift begins. 
• All candidates must carry a photo ID proof that exactly matches the one uploaded in the application. 
• If the photo is more than three years old, it must be updated. 
• Each question will carry five options: A, B, C, D, and E.

• The E option is marked for “None of the Above.”
• Candidates must darken only one correct option using a blue or black ballpoint pen.
• If multiple answers are selected or none are selected, 1/3rd marks will be deducted.

• Candidates will get 10 extra minutes per question paper to check if all questions are properly answered.
• The photo on the admit card should clearly match the photo ID. In case of mismatch, candidates may be debarred from entering the exam venue.
• RSSB has also asked candidates not to fall for misinformation circulating on social media regarding the exam. 
• Any violation of rules or false documents will attract heavy penalties and long-term debarment.
